1. Why MMX Controls Contact Access

MMX is designed as a professional B2B exchange, not a public directory of phone numbers and email addresses. Unrestricted contact exposure can lead to spam, scraping, unsolicited cross-selling and loss of control over business relationships.

2. Business-Level Contact Requests

Contact access is associated with the target Business, not simply with an individual listing. If the same Business publishes multiple listings, requesting contact through multiple listings does not create multiple independent free contact entitlements.

3. Free Access

The Free plan is currently designed around a limited contact allowance, presently proposed as one contact request per month. Plan limits may change only through published plan terms.

4. Paid Connections

Paid memberships or connection credits may provide additional qualified connection opportunities. They do not create a right to scrape, bulk-export or otherwise harvest contact information.

5. Legitimate Business Purpose

Connection requests should be made for a genuine business purpose related to the exchange, such as sourcing, selling, procurement, processing, export or another legitimate commercial requirement.

6. Abuse

Spam, repeated irrelevant requests, automated requests, scraping, impersonation, harassment and unsolicited mass marketing may result in limits, suspension or termination.

7. Privacy

Contact information is handled according to the MMX Privacy Policy. Users should not publish another person's private contact information without appropriate authority.

8. No Guaranteed Response

A connection request does not guarantee that the target Business will accept, respond, trade or disclose additional information.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These policies and the use of MMX are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to MMX, its services or the applicable policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Darbhanga, Bihar, India.
