1. Purpose of Verification
MMX verification is designed to provide additional evidence about a participating Business. Verification is a trust service, not a guarantee of future commercial performance.
2. Types of Verification
- Mobile Verification: confirms control of the submitted mobile number through the applicable process.
- Email Verification: confirms control of the submitted email address.
- Document Verification: review of specified business documents/evidence.
- Additional Document Verification: review of newly submitted evidence after earlier verification.
- Physical Site Verification: verification of the declared business/facility location through the applicable MMX procedure.
- Other Verification: MMX may introduce specific verification services with defined scope.
3. Verification Is Specific
MMX does not intend to represent that a Business is universally “verified” merely because one document or one facility has been checked. Verification indicators should identify what was verified.
4. Verification Status
Evidence can be Pending/Under Review, Verified, Rejected or Expired according to the applicable evidence type and workflow. Newly uploaded evidence does not automatically inherit the verification status of older evidence.
5. MRI Treatment
Verification points and document/certification contribution are separate MRI concepts. Evidence under review does not receive verification points until verification is successful. Eligible addition/certification contribution may apply according to the MRI rules and category caps.
6. Validity and Reverification
Some verification results may have a defined validity period. MMX may require renewal, re-verification or updated evidence where documents expire, business information changes or the validity period ends.
7. No Guarantee
Verification does not guarantee product quality, solvency, payment, delivery, legal compliance outside the verified scope, future conduct or successful completion of a trade.
8. False or Misleading Evidence
Submission of altered, fabricated, expired, misleading or unauthorised evidence may lead to rejection, suspension, MRI impact, loss of verification indicators and other action under MMX policies.
9. Verification Fees
Verification service fees cover the defined verification work. Payment does not guarantee that the evidence will be approved or that a specific MRI score will be awarded.
10. Physical Verification
Physical site verification may require scheduling, access to the declared facility, location evidence, photographs and other supporting evidence. Refusal or inability to provide reasonable access may prevent completion of the verification.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These policies and the use of MMX are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to MMX, its services or the applicable policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Darbhanga, Bihar, India.
