1. Purpose
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the general rules for paid MMX memberships, connection credits, document verification, additional document verification, physical site verification and other paid services.
2. Marketplace Transactions
MMX is generally not the seller or buyer of goods traded between Businesses. Refunds, cancellations, quality claims and payment disputes relating to the underlying Makhana trade are primarily between the contracting parties unless a separate MMX service expressly covers the issue.
3. Membership Plans
Membership fees provide access to the features and limits displayed for the purchased plan. Unless a plan page or applicable law expressly provides otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable once the paid subscription period has commenced.
4. Connection Credits
Connection credits enable qualified contact/connection requests under the applicable plan. Used credits are generally non-refundable. Credits must not be used for spam, scraping, bulk unsolicited marketing or circumvention of Business-level contact limits.
5. Document Verification
Where a document verification service has not yet been started, cancellation/refund may be considered according to the service terms displayed at purchase.
Once meaningful verification work has begun—such as document review, validation, external checks or processing by an assigned reviewer—the fee may become non-refundable because the service has been consumed.
A failed verification does not automatically mean the verification fee is refundable. The fee is for the verification service, not for a guaranteed positive result.
6. Additional Document Verification
The same principle applies to additional document verification. The service fee pays for review/verification work and does not guarantee approval or MRI points.
7. Physical Site Verification
Physical site verification may involve reviewer assignment, travel, scheduling and third-party costs. Once a visit or material travel/verification preparation has been initiated, the service fee may be non-refundable.
If MMX cannot provide the requested site verification because of an MMX-side operational limitation, MMX may reschedule, provide a service credit or issue an appropriate refund, depending on the circumstances.
8. MRI Points
MMX does not sell MRI points. Payment for membership, visibility or verification does not guarantee a particular MRI score. Where verified evidence qualifies under the MRI rules, the score is calculated by the MRI engine.
9. Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If a user is charged more than once for the same service due to a confirmed payment-processing error, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.
10. Refund Request Process
Refund requests should include the account/business identifier, order/payment reference, service purchased, date of payment and reason for the request. Email requests to care@makhanamandi.in.
11. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method or through the applicable payment provider, subject to provider timelines and applicable law.
12. Fraud and Abuse
Refunds may be withheld or restricted where there is evidence of payment fraud, account abuse, repeated misuse of refund facilities, identity misrepresentation or other unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These policies and the use of MMX are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to MMX, its services or the applicable policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at
13. Changes
MMX may update this policy as paid services and payment arrangements evolve. The policy applicable at the time of purchase will generally govern that purchase, subject to mandatory legal rights.
