1. Purpose
MakhanaMandi (MMX) is designed as a trust-focused B2B Makhana Trading Exchange. A clear grievance mechanism is therefore an important part of the platform.
2. What You Can Report
- Fake or misleading Business information.
- Suspected forged or fraudulent documents.
- Fraudulent or deceptive listings.
- Suspected scam attempts or suspicious payment instructions.
- Abusive, spam or harassing contact requests.
- Impersonation of a Business or individual.
- Manipulation or suspected abuse of MRI.
- Fake, retaliatory or manipulated ratings/reviews.
- Transaction closure disputes or false claims of completed trades.
- Verification-service complaints.
- Privacy or personal-data complaints.
- Security vulnerabilities or account compromise.
3. How to Submit a Grievance
Email care@makhanamandi.in with the subject line MMX Grievance.
Where possible, include your name, Business name, registered email/mobile, listing or transaction reference, relevant screenshots/documents and a concise description of the issue.
4. Fraud / Scam Reports
For suspected fraud, provide as much evidence as possible. Do not send additional money to a suspected scammer merely to obtain further evidence. MMX may investigate, restrict relevant accounts or listings, preserve records and take other action available under its policies and applicable law.
5. MRI-Related Complaints
An MRI complaint should identify the Business, the relevant evidence or transaction, and the reason the complainant believes the score or underlying record is incorrect. MMX may review the underlying data and evidence. Unverified allegations alone will not automatically reduce another Business's MRI.
6. Verification Complaints
Complaints about Document Verification, Additional Document Verification or Physical Site Verification should include the service/order reference and details of the issue. A verification result may be reviewed according to the applicable verification procedure.
7. Privacy Complaints
Privacy-related grievances should identify the information or processing concerned. MMX may require reasonable information to verify the identity of the person making the request.
8. Security Reports
Security vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly. Do not exploit a vulnerability, access another user's information or intentionally disrupt the platform.
9. Review and Response
MMX will review grievances based on the available evidence, applicable policies and relevant law. The outcome may include clarification, correction of records, moderation, restriction, verification review, account action or no action where the evidence does not substantiate the complaint.
10. No Retaliation
Users must not retaliate against another participant merely because they submitted a genuine grievance or participated in a legitimate investigation.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These policies and the use of MMX are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to MMX, its services or the applicable policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Darbhanga, Bihar, India.
