This Privacy Policy explains how Impact Solutions, operating MakhanaMandi (“MMX”), may collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal and business-related information when you use the MMX platform and services.

2. Information We May Collect

• Account information: name, email, mobile number, login credentials and role/title.
• Business information: Business name, legal name, business type, address, location, registration information and business contact details.
• KYC and verification evidence: GST, PAN, IEC, Udyam, APEDA, FSSAI, registration certificates, bank details and other evidence voluntarily submitted for applicable services.
• Trading information: listings, enquiries, trade discussions, transaction records, closures, ratings and dispute information.
• Technical information: IP address, device/browser information, logs, security events and usage information.
• Payment information: transaction/reference information required to confirm purchases. Payment credentials may be processed by payment service providers rather than stored directly by MMX.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and manage accounts and Business profiles.
• To publish and operate listings and exchange functionality.
• To verify mobile numbers, email addresses, documents, facilities and other evidence where requested.
• To calculate and display MRI and related trust indicators.
• To facilitate legitimate business connections while reducing spam and misuse.
• To process subscriptions, verification services and other purchases.
• To detect fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, manipulation and security threats.
• To resolve disputes and maintain transaction/reputation records.
• To improve platform performance, functionality and user experience.
• To comply with applicable law, lawful requests and regulatory obligations.

4. Business Information and Public Visibility

Some Business information may be intentionally visible to other exchange participants, such as Business name, location, listing information, MRI and specific verification indicators. MMX may restrict or mask direct phone/email information and provide it through controlled connection workflows to reduce spam, scraping and unsolicited marketing.

5. MRI and Structured Evaluation

MMX may process business evidence, verification status, marketplace activity, transaction history, ratings and conduct records to calculate MRI and related trust indicators. MRI is intended as a structured decision-support signal and is not a financial-credit score or guarantee.

6. Verification Evidence

Documents submitted for verification may contain sensitive business information. MMX may provide access to authorised personnel, verification providers or service providers where necessary to perform the requested service, maintain security, prevent fraud or comply with law.

Newly uploaded evidence remains in its applicable review state until independently verified. Earlier verified evidence is not automatically invalidated merely because additional evidence is uploaded.

7. Sharing of Information

MMX may share information, where necessary and lawful, with service providers supporting hosting, communications, payments, identity/verification, security, analytics, customer support and other platform operations. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, court order, lawful government request, fraud investigation, security incident or protection of rights.

MMX should not sell personal contact information as a contact-list product.

8. Data Security

MMX will use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss and misuse. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, transaction history, MRI integrity, verification validity, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance and legitimate business records.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights relating to access, correction, updating, withdrawal of consent, deletion/erasure and grievance redressal, subject to lawful exceptions and legitimate record-retention requirements.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

MMX may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, session management, preferences, security, analytics and platform functionality. Where required, applicable consent or browser controls will be provided.

12. Children

MMX is a B2B commercial platform and is not intended for children. Users must be legally capable of entering into the relevant commercial relationship.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These policies and the use of MMX are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to MMX, its services or the applicable policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Darbhanga, Bihar, India.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the platform, services, legal requirements and data practices evolve. The latest version will be published on the platform with an updated date.
