1. Our Security Approach

MMX treats marketplace trust and platform security as core requirements. Security controls are intended to protect accounts, business evidence, transaction information and platform integrity.

2. Users Must Protect Their Accounts

• Use a strong, unique password.
• Do not share passwords, OTPs or authentication credentials.
• Use only official MMX pages and communication channels.
• Notify MMX promptly if you suspect account compromise.

3. Fraud and Suspicious Activity

Users should report suspected impersonation, fake documents, suspicious payment instructions, fraudulent listings, account takeover, abusive contact requests or attempts to manipulate MRI or reviews.

4. Verification Is Not a Security Guarantee

A verified document, facility or Business attribute does not guarantee that every future communication or transaction is legitimate. Users should independently verify payment instructions, contracts and material commercial details before sending money or goods.

5. Responsible Disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability in MMX, please report it through the official security/support channel published by MMX rather than exploiting it or accessing another user's information.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These policies and the use of MMX are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to MMX, its services or the applicable policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Darbhanga, Bihar, India.
